How do I create an account?

Download DocLive.ai from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the in-app onboarding to create your account and set up your health profile.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us below.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find DocLive.ai, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account in the app, or by emailing privacy@doclive.ai. Deletion permanently removes your personal and health data, except where retention is legally required.

Is DocLive.ai a substitute for medical advice?

No. DocLive.ai provides general health information and wellness tracking tools, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.
