4. Description of DocLive.ai

DocLive.ai is an AI-powered digital health and wellness companion designed to help users understand, organize and keep track of health-related information. Depending on the version and features available to you, the Service may allow you to:

  • ask general health and wellness questions through an AI-powered conversation;
  • upload, organize, review and summarize health-related documents and information;
  • record and track symptoms, medications, allergies, weight, blood pressure, wellness information and other information you choose to provide;
  • maintain diary entries, health history and progress information;
  • create reminders and follow-up prompts; and
  • use other informational, organizational and wellness-oriented features made available by DocLive.ai.

Features may differ between free, basic, premium or other plans and may change over time in accordance with these Terms.

5. Wellness and Informational Purpose

DocLive.ai is designed and offered as a general health and wellness information and organizational service. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, predict, prognose, treat or cure disease, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare, clinical monitoring or a regulated medical service.

Information provided through the Service is intended to help you organize information, prepare questions, follow information you choose to track and access general health and wellness guidance.

6. No Medical Advice or Doctor–Patient Relationship

EasyClick is not acting as your doctor, healthcare provider, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. Use of DocLive.ai does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–patient, pharmacist–patient or other professional healthcare relationship.

AI-generated responses, summaries, suggestions and other content are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or acting on health concerns.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by DocLive.ai.

7. AI-Generated Content

DocLive.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses, summaries, organizational outputs and wellness-oriented information based on the context and information you choose to provide.

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or misleading statements.
  • AI outputs are not necessarily reviewed in real time by a physician or healthcare professional.
  • The quality and relevance of an output may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
  • You should independently verify important information and consult an appropriately qualified professional where medical judgment is required.
  • DocLive.ai may provide general wellness suggestions, organizational assistance and informational guidance; these outputs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

8. Health Tracking, Medication Reminders and Follow-Ups

Tracking, diary, reminder and follow-up features are organizational tools. They do not constitute clinical monitoring, medical supervision, medication management by a healthcare professional or emergency monitoring.

DocLive.ai does not guarantee that any reminder, notification or follow-up will be delivered, displayed, received or acted upon at a particular time. You remain responsible for following medication instructions, treatment plans and other directions provided by your healthcare professionals.

DocLive.ai may help you record medication information or remind you about information you have entered, but it is not intended to prescribe medication, determine dosage, alter a prescription or decide when you should start, stop or change medication.

9. Emergencies

DocLive.ai is not an emergency service and must not be used for emergency medical assistance. Do not rely on the Service to detect, monitor or respond to an emergency.

If you believe you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or seek immediate professional medical assistance.

10. User Accounts and Account Security

You may need an account to use some or all of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information reasonably current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. User Content and Health Documents

“User Content” includes information, messages, diary entries, health information, documents, files and other content that you submit or upload to DocLive.ai.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant EasyClick a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and otherwise use User Content only as necessary to operate, secure and provide the Service, fulfill your requests, comply with law and perform the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right or lawful authority to upload and process any User Content you submit. If a document contains personal data about another individual, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission and use of that information is lawful.

12. License to Use DocLive.ai

Subject to these Terms, EasyClick grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use DocLive.ai for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Service, software, brand, technology or other EasyClick intellectual property to you.

13. Intellectual Property

The DocLive.ai software, technology, user interface, design, trademarks, logos, brand elements, original content and other intellectual property owned by EasyClick or its licensors remain the property of EasyClick or the relevant licensor.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit or create derivative works from protected elements of the Service.

For clarity, this section does not transfer ownership of your User Content to EasyClick.

14. Acceptable Use

You must use DocLive.ai lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or infrastructure;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload or circumvent the security or operation of the Service;
  • upload malware or malicious code;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to submit information;
  • use the Service to violate another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or other rights;
  • systematically scrape, extract or reproduce the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use DocLive.ai as an emergency, diagnostic or professional clinical service contrary to its intended purpose.

15. Free, Basic and Premium Services

DocLive.ai may offer free, basic, premium, trial, promotional or other service levels. The features included in each plan are those displayed in the app or applicable store at the time of purchase or enrollment.

We may introduce, modify or discontinue plans or features, subject to applicable law and the provisions of these Terms concerning material changes and paid services.

16. Subscriptions, Pricing and Billing

Certain DocLive.ai features require a paid subscription. Before you purchase, the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play interface will display the price, billing period and other material purchase information.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and administered by the relevant platform. Your payment method is charged through that platform, and the platform's applicable payment and billing terms also apply.

Prices may include or be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes depending on the purchase platform, location and applicable law. The final price presented to you before purchase controls for that transaction.

17. Automatic Renewal

Where a subscription is described as automatically renewing, it will renew for the applicable subscription period unless you cancel it through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal, subject to the platform's rules and applicable law.

The renewal price and billing information are displayed through the relevant purchase platform. Where required by applicable law, material changes to subscription terms or pricing will be communicated before they take effect.

18. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the subscription-management settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

Unless the applicable platform or law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and your paid access generally continues until the end of the subscription period already paid for. Deleting the app or deleting your DocLive.ai account does not necessarily cancel an app-store subscription; you must manage the subscription through the relevant store where required.

After paid access ends, premium functionality may become unavailable, while any continued access to account data or free features will depend on the Service then offered and our applicable retention rules.

19. Refunds and Statutory Consumer Rights

Requests for refunds for purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play are generally handled under the relevant platform's refund procedures, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Slovenian law, including rights that may apply to distance contracts, digital content or digital services.

Any statutory right of withdrawal, exception to withdrawal, consent to begin performance during a withdrawal period, or consequence of requesting immediate digital performance will be applied in accordance with applicable law and the purchase flow through which the contract is concluded. The checkout and subscription flow must provide any legally required pre-contract information, acknowledgements and consents.

20. Conformity of the Digital Service

Where mandatory Slovenian consumer law concerning digital content or digital services applies, DocLive.ai will be supplied in conformity with the applicable statutory requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory remedies available to consumers for lack of conformity.

Any statutory rights concerning bringing the Service into conformity, proportionate price reduction, termination or other remedies apply to the extent and under the conditions provided by applicable law.

21. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you download DocLive.ai or purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, your relationship with the relevant platform is also governed by its applicable terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for medical or wellness content generated by DocLive.ai.

Where platform terms impose mandatory provisions concerning licensing, billing, cancellation, refunds or app distribution, those provisions apply in addition to these Terms to the extent relevant.

22. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party technology and service providers, including infrastructure, AI, subscription-management and app-distribution services. Some functions may therefore depend on the availability and operation of third-party systems.

Third parties may have their own terms and privacy notices for activities they perform as independent controllers or direct providers. Our processing of personal data and use of processors is described in the DocLive.ai Privacy Policy.

23. Privacy and Health Data

Our collection and processing of personal data, including health data, is governed by the DocLive.ai Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute explicit consent to process special-category health data where separate explicit consent is required by GDPR. DocLive.ai will request the relevant consent separately where required.

If you withdraw a consent that is necessary to provide a health-data or AI feature, that feature may no longer be available, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

24. Availability, Maintenance and Service Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security events, technical failures, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update the Service to improve functionality, security, compliance or user experience. For paid digital services, material modifications will be handled in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law, including any notice or termination rights that may apply.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse, a security threat, unlawful activity, a legal requirement, or conduct that materially threatens the Service or other users.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach before termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address security, fraud, illegality, serious harm or a binding legal requirement.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation is handled separately as described above.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

26. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DocLive.ai is provided as a digital health and wellness information and organizational service. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular medical purpose.

You are responsible for how you choose to use informational content provided through the Service and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory guarantees, conformity obligations or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Slovenian consumer or civil law.

Subject to the preceding sentence and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyClick is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the Service where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable or is otherwise lawfully excludable.

EasyClick is not responsible for a user's decision to disregard professional medical advice, use the Service contrary to its stated informational and wellness purpose, or rely on DocLive.ai as an emergency or clinical monitoring service, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections and the applicable law of the Republic of Slovenia.

28. Responsibility for Breach and Third-Party Claims

You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of another person's rights or submission of content you had no lawful right to provide, to the extent such responsibility may lawfully be imposed on you.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify EasyClick for matters for which EasyClick is legally responsible, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements, subscription arrangements or our business operations.

We will make the updated Terms available and revise the “Last updated” date. Where applicable law requires advance notice, a specific reason for a modification, a right to terminate, or renewed acceptance, we will provide the required notice or obtain the required acceptance before the change becomes binding.

30. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a complaint or question concerning DocLive.ai, please contact us at legal@doclive.ai. Please include sufficient information for us to identify and address the issue.

We will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Slovenian law and will provide information about the outcome or available next steps where required.

31. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

Where applicable, consumers may have access to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure under Slovenian law. Information concerning the competent or recognized dispute-resolution body, EasyClick's participation status and any legally required disclosures must be provided in the form required by applicable Slovenian consumer law.

32. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable European Union law and any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by agreement.

33. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction rules applicable under Slovenian and European Union law. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the right to bring proceedings before a court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

34. Severability, Entire Agreement and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law, and the affected provision will be interpreted or replaced to reflect its lawful purpose as closely as possible.

These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service, subject to any mandatory terms presented at purchase or imposed by applicable law.

A failure by EasyClick to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
