1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of DocLive.ai, a digital application owned and operated by EasyClick storitve d.o.o., Kidričeva ulica 19, 5000 Nova Gorica, Slovenia, VAT ID SI17046459.

2. Description of the Service

DocLive.ai is an AI-powered digital health companion available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the official website.

3. Informational Nature of the Service

The Service is provided solely for informational, educational and organizational purposes.

4. Not a Medical Device

DocLive.ai is not a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

5. No Doctors or Healthcare Professionals

No physician or healthcare professional reviews, supervises or validates the AI-generated content.

6. No Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or dosage instructions.

7. Mandatory Consultation with a Doctor

Users must always consult a qualified physician for any medical decision.

8. Emergency Situations

The Service must not be used in emergencies. Users should call 112 or local emergency services.

9. Eligibility

Use is restricted to individuals at least 18 years old.

10. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding credentials.

11. Health Data

Use of the Service involves processing of health data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

13. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

Users use the Service entirely at their own risk and sole responsibility.

14. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

15. Prohibited Uses

Users may not misuse the Service or rely on it as a substitute for professional medical care.

16. Misuse and Account Termination

Improper use may result in immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the account.

17. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Company.

18. Availability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.

20. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

  • undertake to always consult a qualified physician or other healthcare professional for any decision relating to their health;
  • will not use the Service as a substitute for professional medical consultation;
  • use the Service entirely at their own sole responsibility;
  • assume all risks arising from the use of and reliance on the information provided;
  • fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
