By accessing or using the DocLive.ai mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocLive.ai is an AI-powered health companion application that provides health information, symptom tracking, wellness diary features, medical document management, and AI-generated health guidance. The Service is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DocLive.ai is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated health information provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by DocLive.ai.
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
  • DocLive.ai does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned through the Service.
  • The triage severity indicators (green, amber, red) are AI-generated estimates and should not replace clinical judgment.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

DocLive.ai offers a free tier with limited features including basic AI health chat, symptom tracking, limited document uploads, and wellness diary.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service, including health data, messages, and uploaded documents. By submitting content, you grant DocLive.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Impersonates another person or entity.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempts to exploit or manipulate the AI system for purposes unrelated to health guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by DocLive.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocLive.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to DocLive.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocLive.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where DocLive.ai is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
